Special abilities: Claims to have ESP, in reality it's more like an innate danger sense. It's limited it "going off" when she's in danger and "going off" when something bad has happened to someone she's close to - both times it feels like something is intensely WRONG.

Backstory: The 12 Titan senshi were created by a pair of divine beings known as Gaia and Ouranos. The 12 warriors protected the planet of Gaia from anything that endangered them - and for a time, they were satisfied with this. But it began to dawn on the Titan senshi that humanity was suffering - and worse yet, Gaia and Ouranos would do nothing about it. Led by Sailor Cronus, their leader, the Titan senshi overthrew Gaia and Ouranos, bringing in a Golden Age of peace and prosperity for several centuries.

Then Sailor Zeus was created. On Gaia's orders, Zeus hunted the Titan senshi down, imprisoning them on the dead moon of Tartarus. Gaia and Ouranos condemned the Titans, branding them traitors unfit to ever be forgiven. With help from Hades, sole guardian of Tartarus, Cronus and Rhea were able to escape, and the two senshi promised to bring back help to save their senshi sisters. They would go to Earth, a place filled with power - but Zeus went after them. And in their attempt to flee, Rhea perished, giving up her life so Cronus could go on. Rhea's sacrifice badly damaged her sailor crystal, but her love for Cronus kept her grounded to Earth. And so, Rhea's crystal remained dormant, sleeping inside various humans throughout various incarnations as she dreamt for a day she could finally be reunited with Cronus once more...

The latest cycle has brought her to a young girl named Shizuku Tsuyujimo, an ordinary girl in every aspect, one who enjoys magical girls and sailor senshi and makes friends easily. Because of Rhea inside of her, Shizuku finds herself transported to the Village - though she's definitely not complaining!

Personality: Shizuku is the kind of girl that shines brightest in a crowd. She's extremely sociable and is happy to be friends with anyone and everyone, though her extreme enthusiasm can frighten people. She has no concept of personal space and will happily hug just about anyone, which can get on other people's nerves. When not dealing with her extreme cheerfulness, one usually has to deal with her rampant fan tendencies - Shizuku loves all kinds of videogames, comics and anime, and will happily reference the hell out of all in conversation, to the point that she jokes about earning experience points and triggering event flags. She loves to poke fun at people as well, but doesn't always grasp that she can hurt people's feelings in the process. (Also she's a complete idiot. A lovable idiot, granted. But an idiot.) She once was the very ridiculous cosplayer "Sailor Justice", but has abandoned that persona due to her awakening during the Summer Quest event.

When Rhea takes over, there is a distinctive shift in personalities - Rhea is far more even tempered than Shizuku and is ladylike, graceful, kind and mature. She rarely gets angry and greets everyone politely, and seems to serve as Cronus's better half, as she often tries to calm Cronus before her fellow senshi will fly into a rage. Rhea retains her politeness in battle, but it'd be a grave mistake to assume she's a pushover - she was the second in command for the Titan senshi for a reason, after all!

Henshin Item and Description: Rhea Clasp; a brooch that Shizuku keeps connected on her choker. When transformed, it serves to clasp her cape together.
Henshin Phrase: "Titan's Power, Rhea! Make-Up!"
Henshin Description: Shizuku places her hands over the clasp on her choker as she says her henshin phrase and blue ribbons erupt from the clasp, wrapping around her entire form from the neck downward. In a burst of light, she appears clothed in an elegant dress before it unravels to form her tattered fuku and tie back her hair. Still holding her clasp, Shizuku places it over her shoulder and there's another burst of light, forming a tattered green sailor collar.

Weapon and Description: Rhea Blade - A short sword, not much more to it than that. Rhea doesn't like using it unless she really needs to, she'd prefer to rely on her magic powers.
Attack Names and Descriptions:
Celestial Stream! - Rhea closes her eyes and concentrates, blue energy forming in the palms of her hands. With a call of "Celestial Stream!", she thrusts her palms out and a fast stream of water shoots at her target. Because it's a fast attack, getting hit with the water is akin to getting a punch to the face (or wherever it hits.)

Other Information:
- Shizuku and Kaede come from the same world - they're classmates, in fact, and good friends. She doesn't know about Kaede being a senshi though!
- Much like Cronus and Kaede, Shizuku and Rhea are two consciousnesses sharing the same body. Because they're not used to each other, however, they're less "shared" - while they share the same memories and can communicate mentally, neither of them is able to directly control the other when the other is in charge and they must willingly surrender control to the other. The only time Rhea is able to take over Shizuku while she's in charge is when Shizuku is in danger.
- There IS a loophole where Rhea can take over Shizuku while Shizuku's asleep and she does exploit this to spend time with Cronus explore the Village, but Rhea tries not to do this for politeness's sake.
